复合壁面对内爆冲击波透反射规律的影响 被引量:1

摘要 爆炸容器在内爆过程中,其冲击波在复合多层结构的不同结构层间的传播形式与连续单层结构的传播形式不同。针对爆炸容器上述特征,开展复合多层壁面对冲击波透反射特征的影响规律研究。利用Ls-dyna大型有限元软件,基于ALE方法模拟内爆时强冲击作用下的流固耦合过程。在对仿真模型有效性验证的基础上,分别对复合壁面的形状、超弹性层与刚体位移参数对冲击波透反射规律的影响进行研究。研究结果表明,壁面曲率对反射冲击波的聚焦作用和对透射冲击波的发散作用都有明显影响。当结构层中存在刚度较小且带有粘弹性的夹层时,会使壁面的透反射冲击波发生改变。 In the process of implosion of explosion vessel,the propagation form of shock wave between different structural layers of composite multi-layer structure is different from that of continuous single-layer structure.In view of the above characteristics of explosion vessel,the influence of composite multi-layer wall on the characteristics of shock wave transmission and reflection was studied.By using Ls-dyna large-scale finite element software and based on ALE method,the fluid structure coupling process under strong impact during implosion was simulated.Based on the validation of the simulation model,the effects on the shape of the composite wall,the displacement parameters of the hyperelastic layer and the rigid body on the laws of shock wave transmission and reflection were studied.The results show that the curvature of the complex wall has an obvious influence on the focusing effect of the reflected shock wave and the divergence effect of the transmitted shock wave;when there is a sandwich with small rigidity and viscoelasticity in the structural layer,the transmission and reflection shock wave of the wall will be changed.
