摘要
目的:探究安尔舒在微插管鞘技术扩皮切口中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年11月于本院肿瘤科治疗的80例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病住院患者为研究对象,以掷硬币分组方式将其分为参照组和试验组,各40例。参照组使用藻酸钙敷料,试验组使用安尔舒。比较两组患者穿刺点渗血、局部感染、切口愈合情况以及患者满意度。结果:试验组患者总渗血率为7.5%,明显低于参照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组切口局部感染发生率为12.5%,明显低于参照组的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组切口总愈合率为90.0%,明显高于参照组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组满意度为80.0%,明显高于参照组的57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安尔舒在微插管鞘技术扩皮切口中的应用效果显著,可有效提高切口愈合率以及患者的护理满意度,同时减少穿刺点渗血以及局部感染的发生,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of Anershu in the application of microintubation sheath technique in skin expanding incision.Method:A total of 80 hospitalized patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes who were treated in the oncology department of our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by coin-tossing,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Calcium Alginate Dressing,the experimental group was treated with Anershu.The puncture point oozes blood,local infection,incision healing and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total oozes blood rate of the experimental group was 7.5%,significantly lower than 27.5%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of local incision infection in the experimental group was 12.5%,significantly lower than 35.0%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incision healing rate of the experimental group was 90.0%,significantly higher than 70.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 80.0%,significantly higher than 57.5%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Anershu in microintubation sheath technique skin expansion incision is significant,which can effectively improve the incision healing rate and patient’s nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of puncture point bleeding and local infection,and has certain clinical value.
