摘要
进入新时代,党和国家将教材置于治国理政的高度加以重视,明确提出高校教材要体现党和国家意志、全面提高教材管理科学化规范化水平、着力打造中国特色世界水平的优质教材等新要求。地方高校教材建设虽取得一些成绩,但仍然存在教材育人导向性不强、组织管理水平偏低、自编教材质量不高等现实问题。基于此,新时代地方高校加强和改进教材建设,必须全面加强党的领导,进一步推动教材政治建设;立足严格管理,加快完善教材管理制度与秩序;切实在教材特色和高水平编写人员上下功夫,打造更具影响力的精品教材。
In the new era, our party and state attach importance to the college textbook work for running the country, and propose the following new requirements as reflecting the will of the party and the state, improving the scientific and standardized level of textbook management, compiling textbooks with Chinese characteristics at the international level. Although many achievements have been made in the textbook work in local universities, there are still many problems such as less political and value orientation, low level of organization, low quality of textbooks. There are three key measures for local colleges to strengthen and improve textbook work, which is to strengthen the leadership of the party in an all-round way and promote political building of the textbook, which is to be more strict and speed up the improvement of the management system and order of textbooks, which is to work hard on the characteristics and the level of personnel, to create more influential textbooks.
