摘要
风环境的情况关系到居住体验,所以设计基于CFD的赣南住宅风环境模拟系统,提高居民居住质量。考虑到受热压和风压影响的自然通风原理,在风环境模拟系统中利用CFD数值模拟分析赣州于都县恒大御景小区风环境的流场湍流特性,将该特性和住宅建筑风流场模型导入建筑通风斯维尔Vent 2018软件后,展开住宅风环境的三维流动数值模拟,确立住宅风环境的来流面边界条件以及出流面边界条件,确保住宅风环境模拟更加真实。同时,从建筑平面布局、建筑通风窗设计以及热压通风三方面研究恒大御景小区自然通风设计策略。通过模拟实验得出该小区夏季住宅外风速小于等于4.9 m/s,风速最大值为4.621 m/s,冬季迎风面与背风面的风压分别为4.903 Pa和-3.749 Pa,并且有效模拟该小区风速同人体舒适度关系,分析小区各季节的风环境舒适度。
As the wind environment is related to the living experience,a CFD⁃based wind environment simulation system for residential buildings in south Jiangxi is designed to improve the living quality of residents.Considering the principle of natural ventilation affected by thermal pressure and wind pressure,the CFD numerical simulation is used in the wind environment simulation system to analyze the turbulent characteristics of flow field of the wind environment in Evergrande Yujing residential quarter,Yudu County,Ganzhou.The characteristics and the wind flow field model of residential buildings are introduced into the software of building ventilation Sville Vent 2018,and then the numerical simulation of 3D flow of wind environment for residential building is carried out,the boundary conditions of incoming flow surface and outgoing flow surface of wind environment of the residential buildings are established,so as to ensure that the simulation of wind environment of residential building is more realistic.At the same time,the natural ventilation design strategy of Evergrande Yujing residential quarter is studied from three aspects of architectural plane layout,building ventilation window design and thermal pressure ventilation.The simulation experiments results show that the wind speed outside the residential area in this residential quarter in summer is less than or equal to 4.9 m/s,the maximum wind speed is 4.621m/s,and the wind pressure on the windward side and leeward side in winter is 4.903 Pa and-3.749 Pa,respectively.The relationship between the wind speed of this residential quarter and human comfort is effectively simulated,and the wind environment comfort of this residential quarter in each season is analyzed.
