摘要
鉴于目前的监测手段不能满足工电一体化作业管理目标要求,提出一种适用于道岔转换设备工电联合整治,集各部件状态健康评估、动态监测、趋势预测为一体的健康状态综合评估管理系统,对于提升预防和应对道岔故障的能力,保障铁路系统的安全稳定运行具有重要的应用价值.
In view of the problem that current monitoring means cannot meet the requirements of integrated operation management of track service and signal&.communication service,a comprehensive health assessment management system for joint rectification of switches by the track service division and the signal&communication service division is put forward.And this system covers health assessment,dynamic monitoring and trend prediction of components and has a significant application value in improving the ability of prevention and treatment of switch failures,pushing forward the ensuring safe and stable operation of the railway system.
