摘要
人力资源管理是各行业领域的重要管理工作,医院也不例外。医院管理工作中涉及到很多方面的因素和内容,尤其是人力资源开发以及人事档案管理工作至关重要。该文先对人事档案管理工作的意义和人力资源开发的基本原则进行分析,并在此基础上就如何基于人力资源开发的角度来加强医院人事档案管理,分享个人的观点与认识,以供参考。
Human resource management is an important management task in various industries,and hospitals are no exception.Many factors and contents are involved in hospital management,especially human resource development and personnel file management.The article first analyzes the significance of personnel file management and the basic principles of human resource development,and on this basis,how to strengthen hospital personnel file management based on the perspective of human resource development,share personal views and understanding for reference.
