摘要
目的探讨安全文化管理干预模式在老年病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年10月该院老年病房收治的患者200例,医务人员20名,将患者平均分为实验组(n=100)与常规组(n=100),每组医务人员10名,常规组使用传统医务管理模式,实验组采取安全文化管理模式,比较实验组与常规组医务人员考核分数以及患者安全隐患发生情况以及医疗纠纷发生率。结果常规组医务人员考核分数(88.6±10.1)分低于实验组医务人员考核分数(96.5±9.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组总安全隐患发生率(31%)高于实验组总安全隐患发生率(11%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组医患纠纷发生率(12%)高于实验组医患纠纷发生率(2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年病房管理中采用安全文化管理模式能够有效减少安全隐患的发生,提高医务人员专业知识水平以及降低医患纠纷事件发生,增强医务人员综合职业素质。
Objective To explore the application effect of safety culture management intervention mode in nursing management of geriatric wards.Methods From October 2018 to October 2019,200 patients were admitted to the hospital's geriatric ward and 20 pepole medical staff were divided into the experimental group(n=100)and the regular group(n=100).10 pepole medical staff in each group,the traditional group uses the traditional medical management mode,and the experimental group adopts the safety culture management mode,comparing the medical staff assessment scores,the occurrence of potential safety hazards,and the incidence of medical disputes between the experimental group and the conventional group.Results The assessment score of the medical staff in the routine group(88.6±10.1)points was lower than the assessment score of the medical staff in the experimental group(96.5±9.9)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of total safety hazards in the routine group(31%)was higher than that in the experimental group(11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence rate of doctor-patient disputes in the conventional group(12%)was higher than that in the experimental group(2%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of safety culture management model in the management of elderly wards can effectively reduce the occurrence of hidden safety hazards,improve the professional knowledge of medical personnel and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,and enhance the overall professional quality of medical personnel.
