摘要
目的探究神经内科实施品管圈护理模式对患者护理满意度的影响和护理应用价值。方法选择该院神经内科在2017年2月—2018年11月接诊的神经病患者90例及30名护理人员作为该次研究对象,按照单双号分组原则分为实验组与参照组,每组45例患者、15名护理人员。参照组采取常规管理和工作模式,实验组采取品管圈工作模式。实施两周护理管理后,对比分析品管圈实施后患者满意程度、护理质量评分、预后效果。结果实验组实施品管圈后患者满意程度为100.00%,显著高于参照组86.66%,实验组护理管理服务态度评分(98.54±5.23)分、护理管理责任感评分(99.45±7.32)分;实践操作技能评分(96.33±8.43)分均优于参照组服务态度评分(80.93±4.34)分、护理管理责任感评分(84.77±6.33)分;实践操作技能评分(82.45±7.22)分;组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科采用品管圈护理管理模式,可提高护理满意度、提升护理服务质量、降低神经症状的发生概率,护理管理效果良好。
Objective To explore the impact of the quality control circle nursing model implemented in neurology on patient satisfaction and nursing application value.Methods 90 patients and 30 nursing staff who were admitted to the department of neurology from February 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the principle of single and double number grouping,45 patient,15 nurses per group.The reference group adopted the conventional management and working mode,and the experimental group adopted the quality control circle working mode.After implementing two weeks of nursing management,the patient satisfaction,nursing quality score,and prognostic effect after the implementation of the quality control circle were compared and analyzed.Results After the implementation of the quality control circle in the experimental group,the satisfaction of patients was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 86.66%.The nursing care service attitude score of the experimental group(98.54±5.23)points,the nursing management responsibility score(99.45±7.32)points;the practical operation skill score(96.33±8.43)points were better than the reference group service attitude score(80.93±4.34)points,nursing management responsibility score(84.77±6.33)points;practical operation skill score(82.45±7.22)points;the difference between the groups was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality management circle nursing management model in neurology can improve nursing satisfaction,improve nursing service quality,reduce the occurrence probability of neurological symptoms,and have good nursing management effect.
