摘要
结合生产工艺,针对目前防渗透气砂的加工生产技术不规范、设备自动化程度不高、生产效率低、加工质量难以有效保证的现状,通过参考市场上成熟的搅拌机产品,类比搅拌工艺研究,研究设计了一种卧式单轴双螺带加热搅拌装置。重点阐述加热搅拌装置的结构及工作原理、关键部件的结构设计、精确计量称重、传热效率影响分析、性能试验研究分析。根据性能试验研究表明,所设计的加热搅拌装置自动化程度较高,生产效率更高,加工质量可得到很大提升,能够满足防渗透气砂的生产工艺要求。
Combining the production process,the current production technology of impermeable gas sand is not standardized,the equipment is not highly automated,the production efficiency is low,and the processing quality is difficult to be effectively guaranteed.By referring to the mature mixer products on the market,the analog mixing process is studied,and a type of horizontal single-axis double-ribbon heating and stirring device is researched and designed in this article,focusing on its structure and working principle,structural design of the key components,accurate measurement and weighing,analysis on the effects of heat transfer efficiency,and research and analysis on the performance tests.According to the performance test research,the designed heating and stirring device has higher automation degree and higher production efficiency,and the processing quality can be greatly improved,which would fully meet the production process requirements of anti-permeation gas sand.
