摘要
锂是一种重要的稀有金属元素,是现代能源革命的关键元素,具有极高的电化学活性、比热容、氧化还原电位等优异性质,随着国家新能源发展,锂的需求也越来越大。本研究以锂瓷石矿为原料,研究直接从锂瓷石矿物中提炼锂的技术方法,实验表明,本文提出的锂元素提取方法能够有效的提高锂的浸出率,固液分离后锂盐含量可达99.5%,同时锂的回收率可达到85%~90%。该方法生产工艺简单、可靠、生产成本低,有利于实现工业化生产。
Lithium is an important rare metal element and a key element of modern energy revolution.It has high electrochemical activity,specific heat capacity,oxidation-reduction potential and other excellent properties.With the development of new energy,the demand for lithium is increasing.In this study,lithium was directly extracted from lithium porcelain stone.The results show that the lithium extraction method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the leaching rate of lithium.After solid-liquid separation,the lithium salt content can reach to 99.5%,and the recovery rate of lithium can reach to 85%~90%.The production process is simple,reliable and low cost,which is conducive to the realization of industrial production.
