摘要
目前国内外对于内转塔单点基座系统的研究较少,而本文以南海某内转塔单点基座焊缝出现裂纹为背景,分析了带有缺陷的基座焊缝应力分布。本文通过对单点基座焊缝进行有限元数值模拟,分析焊缝在极限载荷下的应力分布,分别考虑了来自垂直和水平方向的载荷对焊缝的影响。此外,重点讨论了焊缝裂纹修复位置在有无缺陷条件下的应力水平,以期能够为单点卡钳基座现场修复工作提供经验和技术支持。
There are few researches on locking mechanism of submerge turret production(STP)system,this paper takes the crack on weld of locking mechanism as background to analyze the stress distribution of weld defect between locking mechanism and deck.This paper used the finite element method to analyze the welds between the locking mechanisms and the STP deck under environmental loads,which consider the effect of horizontal and vertical load on weld separately.Furthermore,compared with numerical analysis results of intact weld on locking mechanism,the effect of defect on stress distribution of welds is emphasized and discussed.Finally,the analysis results are intended to provide experience and technical support for crack repair work for weld between locking mechanisms and the STP deck structure.
