导管架局部灌浆加固方案及应用

摘要 当前,国内海上油气导管架平台大部分处于中、后期运营阶段,平台结构维修和加固技术应用日益增多。以灌浆为基础的平台构件维修和加固方案作为最常规和最重要的技术方法,多年来应用场景和应用内容没有发生大的变化,以致在常规项目施工中,工程人员极少再花时间去思考其合理性和经济性。本文通过对项目平台自身特点进行总结,基于混凝土管模拟分析结果,对传统导管架构件灌浆维修方案进行了新的设计,使其更加经济、更加适用、更加合理。本文主要通过介绍新设计方案内容及其经济和社会效益,为类似工程项目施工和应用提供借鉴。 Today,many Chinese jacket platforms are coming into the middle and later stage of service,the technology for structural maintenance and reinforcement is very urgent.Grouting is a very common and important way for offshore platform maintenance,not changed much in the past few decades,so under the most condition the engineer technician will not spend time in considering reasonable and economic of the repair procedure.In this paper,the new design of grouting reinforcement procedure is carried out based on the numerical simulation of concrete-steel tube.The new design is more economical,more suitable,more reasonable,fully considered the characteristics of the brace and platform condition.It is successfully applied to offshore jacket.This article brings a new idea for grouting repair compared to the traditional technology,has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits,showing a highly guidance and application potential in future similar projects.
