摘要
从传统大众媒介传播到社交媒体传播,技术的不断创新带来信息生产的持续变革,前者以信息传递为目标,后者聚焦信息的广泛连接。从社交媒体传播到智能传播,信息生产实现了颠覆性的流程再造:全新的复合性智能技术在其原本单一的工具理性基础之上,融入人类对信息质而不仅是量的全新需求。在技术—人的发展范式下,智能传播信息生产的流程显现出以机器全自动生产、信息内容综合创新以及传播形态沉浸式、立体化的再造特征。文章认为,智能传播时代信息生产流程再造的目标在于促使信息与受众的多角度连接转向信息与受众需求的多维度连通;技术始终是人类信息传播活动的重要手段,智能传播最终还应以满足人的真实需求为发展核心。
From traditional mass media to social media,continuous innovation in technology has brought about continuous changes in information production.The former focuses on information transmission,while the latter focuses on the extensive connection of information.From social media communication to intelligent communication,information production has achieved an innovative process re-engineering:Based on its original single tool rationality,the new composite intelligent technology has integrated human’s new requirements from information capacity to information quality.Under the technology-human development paradigm,the process of intelligent communication information production shows the characteristics of fully automatic production by machines,comprehensive creation of information content,and immersive,three-dimensional reconstruction of communication forms.This research believes that the goal of process reengineering in the era of intelligent communication is to promote the multi-angle connection between information and audiences to the multi-dimensional communications between information and audience needs.Technology has always been an important means of human information communication activities.And the core of intelligent communication development should still be ultimately to meet the real needs of people.
