大众出版集团数字化转型路径研究

摘要 以企鹅兰登集团和中国出版集团为例,对两者的数字化转型路径进行分析,总结得出大众出版集团转型路径呈现出多元化、娱乐化、集约化特征,分为数字化、产品化、平台化三个阶段,但在转型的动力和定位方面存在差异。
