摘要
对方冰机系统进行火用分析计算,分析系统各部分用能情况,针对火用损失率较高的蒸发器,提出采用蜂窝板换热器进行优化。基于CFD数值模拟方法,采用Mixture混合模型进行相变模拟,研究了焊点直径、焊点间距、板间距等多个结构参数对蒸发器性能的影响。最终,选用焊点直径D=7 mm,板间距H=11 mm,焊点间距L=40 mm,折流焊道数量为3,长度为400 mm的蜂窝板换热器对方冰机蒸发器进行优化设计。
Through the exergy analysis and calculation of the ice cube machine system,the energy consumption of each part was studied.For the evaporator with the high exergy loss rate,the honeycomb plate heat exchanger was proposed for optimization.Based on the CFD fluid numerical simulation method,and used the Mixture-model to simulate the phase change,The effects of multiple structural parameters such as solder joint diameter,solder joint pitch and plate spacing on evaporator performance were investigated.Finally,according to the research results,the optimal design of ice machine evaporator for honeycomb plate heat exchanger with diameter D=7 mm,spacing H=11 mm,spacing L=40 mm,number of baffle passes 3 and length 400 mm was selected.
