摘要
干细胞药物是一种新兴的生物制药产品,具有巨大的潜在治疗意义。目前,大部分国家已将干细胞制剂归为药品进行管理并大力扶持,然而药学生缺乏干细胞相关课程的学习,难以满足干细胞药物产业的发展需求,药学高等教育中开设干细胞药学课程很有必要。文章阐述了课程设置的必要性、培养目标、教学内容和方法等方面,希望通过该课程帮助学生了解该领域的基础知识和最新进展,优化知识结构体系,培养高素质的复合型药学人才,为干细胞药物产业发展奠定基础。
Stem cell medicine is a new type of bio-pharmaceutical product with great potential therapeutic significance.At present,most countries have classified stem cell preparations as drugs for management and vigorously supported them.However,pharmacy students lack the study of stem cell-related courses,and it is difficult to meet the development needs of the stem cell medicine industry.It is necessary to offer stem cell pharmacy in the higher education of pharmacy.The article elaborated on the necessity of the curriculum,training objectives,teaching content and methods.It is hoped that this course will help students understand the basic knowledge and the latest developments in this field,optimize the knowledge structure system,and cultivate high-quality compound pharmacy talents,which lays the foundation for the development of stem cell medicine industry.
