摘要
以某电厂前后对冲燃烧方式锅炉为研究对象,开展实验室热重分析研究煤粉细度变化对高灰分烟煤燃烧特性的影响。研究表明,随着煤粉细度的降低,煤粉燃烧逐步提前,最大燃烧速率提高,燃尽时间降低,稳燃性提高。结合锅炉低负荷稳燃试验表明,高灰分烟煤煤粉细度R90由23%降低至10%左右,锅炉最低稳燃负荷由35%降低至30%。煤粉细度的降低可以提高锅炉低负荷稳燃能力,为机组深度调峰提供有利条件。
Taking a utility boiler with opposite combustion as the research object, the influence of pulverized coal fineness change on combustion characteristics of high ash bituminous coal is studied by thermogravimetric analysis in laboratory. The results show that with the decrease of pulverized coal fineness, pulverized coal combustion is gradually ahead of schedule, the maximum combustion rate is increased, the Burnout time is reduced, the combustion stability is improvement. The results of low load steady combustion test of boiler show that the minimum steady combustion load of boiler is decreased from 35% to 30% by reducing coal fineness of high ash bituminous coal from 23% to about 10%. The reduction of pulverized coal fineness can improve the combustion stability of boiler at low load and provide favorable conditions for deep peak-shaving of the unit.
