摘要
淫羊藿是一种传统的补益类中药,炮制前后药效存在差异,羊脂油炮制后淫羊藿的温肾助阳作用显著增强。该文从羊脂油、化学成分、药效学、药代动力学、能量代谢、代谢组学、药剂学等多个角度对近年来淫羊藿的炮制机理研究加以综述,为该药材的进一步深入研究和临床应用提供参考。
Epimedium is a traditional Chinese tonic medicine.There are differences in pharmacodynamics before and after processing.The kidney-warming and Yang-promoting effects of Epimedium processed with sheep fat oil are significantly enhanced.In this paper,the processing mechanism of Herba Epimedii in recent years was reviewed from the perspectives of sheep fat oil,chemical composition,pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,energy metabolism,metabolomics,pharmaceutics and so on,which could provide reference for further research and clinical application of Herba Epimedii.
