血清生化指标、超敏C反应蛋白与原发性高血压病相关性研究 被引量:4

Correlation Between Serum Biochemical Parameters,Hypersensitive C-reactive Protein and Essential Hypertension

摘要 目的探讨血清生化指标、超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP)在原发性高血压病(EH)患者与健康人之间内涵的差异,以及在EH分级进展中的变化趋势,分析血清生化指标、HS-CRP在EH预防、诊断、预后中的应用价值。方法随机选择2019年1月—2019年8月于山东中医药大学附属医院就诊的50例EH患者作为病例组,以同期医院50例健康体检者作为对照组,检测两组人群同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、血尿酸(UA)、HS-CRP、胱抑素C(CYS-C)、血糖(GLU)、血脂水平[总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)],并对结果进行统计学分析。结果①病例组中HCY、UA、CYS-C、GLU、TG、LDL-C、CHOL水平均高于对照组,而HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组、对照组中HS-CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②除GLU、HS-CRP外,不同级别的高血压病患者HCY、UA、CYS-C、TG、LDL-C、CHOL随血压分级增高而升高,HDL-C随血压分级增高而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清HCY、UA、CYS-C及糖、脂代谢指标与高血压病的发生、发展密切相关,联合检测对高血压病的预防、诊断以及预后具有指导意义。 Objective To investigate the differences between serum biochemical parameters,hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)in patients with essential hypertension(EH)and healthy people,as well as trends in the progression of essential hypertension(EH).Analysis of the application value of serum biochemical indicators and HS-CRP in the prevention,diagnosis and prognosis of essential hypertension(EH).Methods 50 patients with essential hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to August 2019 were randomly selected as the case group,50 healthy subjects in our hospital were used as the control group.Detection of homocysteine(HCY),serum uric acid(UA),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP),cystatin C(CYS-C),blood glucose(GLU),and lipid levels(CHOL,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C)in both groups,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results①The HCY,UA,CYS-C,GLU,TG,LDL-C,and CHOL levels in the case group were higher than those in the control group,while the HDL-C level was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in HS-CRP content between case group and control group(P>0.05).②In addition to GLU and HS-CRP,HCY,UA,CYS-C,TG,LDL-C,and CHOL of different levels of hypertension patients increased with the increase of blood pressure grading,and HDL-C decreased with the increase of blood pressure grading.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum HCY,UA,CYS-C and glucose,lipid metabolism indicators are closely related to the occurrence and development of hypertension.Combined detection has guiding significance for the prevention,diagnosis and prognosis of hypertension.
