P-ECP/TI气囊式体外反搏装置用于冠心病治疗中的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究P-ECP/TI气囊式体外反搏装置用于冠心病治疗中的临床效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的87例冠心病患者为研究对象,采取单双数字方法分为两组,单数为对照组,双数为试验组。对照组给予常规药物治疗;试验组给予P-ECP/TI气囊式体外反搏。对比两组治疗前后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、24 h心绞痛发作频率、24 h心绞痛发作持续时间、左室射血分数(LVEF)、脑钠肽(BNP),以及临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组血清Hcy、CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组血清Hcy、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为95.3%,高于对照组的77.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组24 h心绞痛发作频率、24 h心绞痛发作持续时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组24 h心绞痛发作频率低于对照组,24 h心绞痛发作持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组LVEF、BNP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组LVEF水平高于对照组,BNP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用P-ECP/TI气囊式体外反搏装置治疗冠心病,临床效果显著,可有效降低患者血清Hcy、CRP水平,同时降低24 h心绞痛发作次数与持续时间,增强心脏功能,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of P-ECP/TI balloon external counterpulsation device in treatment of coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 87 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the author’s hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research object.The single and double numbers method was used to divide them into two groups,the singular number was the control group and the double number was the experimental group.The control group was given conventional drug treatment,the experimental group was given P-ECP/TI balloon external counterpulsation.The homocysteine(Hcy),C-reactive protein(CRP),24 h angina attack frequency,24 h angina attack duration,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in serum Hcy and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the serum Hcy and CRP levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.3%,higher than 77.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the 24 h angina attack frequency and 24 h angina attack duration between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the 24 h angina attack frequency in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the 24 h angina attack duration was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in LVEF and BNP levels between the two groups(P>0.05),after treatment,the LVEF level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the BNP level was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of P-ECP/TI balloon external counterpulsation device in treatment of coronary heart disease has a significant clinical effect,which can effectively reduce the serum levels of Hcy and CRP in patients,and at the same time reduce the number and duration of angina attacks at 24 h,enhance heart function and improve the treatment effect.It is worth promoting and applying.
