摘要
几乎所有的心脏及大血管疾病均可引起心力衰竭。慢性心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病的最终归宿,随着人口老龄化进程加快,慢性心力衰竭病例逐年增加。近些年来临床上针对慢性心力衰竭的治疗方法和治疗技术都有一定的发展,很大程度上提升了患者的生存质量和生活质量,但慢性心力衰竭仍是心血管疾病最主要的死亡原因。因此,慢性心力衰竭疾病一直都是国内外临床研究的重点。本文主要从西医治疗、中医辨证治疗等对慢性心力衰竭疾病存在的问题及治疗进行了综述,并对后期临床治疗提供借鉴。
Almost all heart and large vascular diseases can cause heart failure.Chronic heart failure is the ultimate destination for most cardiovascular diseases.With the accelerated aging process of the population,chronic heart failure cases increases year by year.In recent years,the treatment methods and treatment techniques for chronic heart failure have been developed to a certain extent,which has greatly improved the quality of life and quality of life of patients,but chronic heart failure is still the main cause of death of cardiovascular disease.Therefore,chronic heart failure has always been the focus of clinical research at home and abroad.This article mainly reviews the problems and treatment of chronic heart failure disease from western medicine treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment,and provides reference for later clinical treatment.
