摘要
目的分析血脂检验在糖尿病患者应用价值。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月该院收治的糖尿病患者80例作为研究组,选择同期来该院健康体检的80名健康者作为对照组,两组均进行血脂检验,比较两组受检者的诊断结果。结果研究组的餐后2 h血糖(13.75±2.53)mmol/L和空腹血糖水平(10.94±1.62)mmol/L高于对照组(7.26±1.49)mmol/L、(6.58±1.46)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组TG(5.89±1.47)mmol/L、TC(2.86±1.14)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.62±0.88)mmol/L均高于对照组,研究组的HDL-C低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组血脂异常率为65.00%,高于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者进行血脂检验,有助于临床医师为患者准确诊断病情,进而为患者提供有效的治疗方案。
Objective To analyze the application value of blood lipid test in diabetic patients.Methods A total of 80 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research group,and 80 healthy people who came to the hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were tested for blood lipids.Examiner's diagnosis result of the two groups were compared.Results The 2 h postprandial blood glucose(13.75±2.53)mmol/L and fasting blood glucose level(10.94±1.62)mmol/L of the study group were higher than the control group(7.26±1.49)mmol/L and(6.58±1.46)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study group TG(5.89±1.47)mmol/L,TC(2.86±1.14)mmol/L,LDL-C(3.62±0.88)mmol/L were higher than the control group The HDL-C in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the dyslipidemia rate in the study group was 65.00%and was higher than 12.50%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out blood lipid testing on diabetic patients can help clinicians to accurately diagnose the patient's condition,and then provide patients with effective treatment options.
