摘要
目的探究不同切口白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的治疗效果。方法将该院2018年6月—2019年10月期间收治的94例青光眼合并白内障患者采取抽签法随机分为试验组(n=47)与参照组(n=47),参照组患者实施单切口白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术,试验组患者实施双切口白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术,对比两组患者治疗前后角膜内皮细胞变异系数、眼内压、裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力。结果治疗后,试验组患者角膜内皮细胞变异系数为(27.69±4.92)低于参照组的(31.75±5.86)(t=3.638,P=0.000),眼内压为(12.29±1.30)mmHg低于参照组的(16.94±1.46)mmHg(t=16.307,P=0.000),裸眼视力为(0.71±0.04)高于参照组的(0.59±0.03)(t=16.454,P=0.000),最佳矫正视力为(0.78±0.16)高于参照组的(0.62±0.13),数据差异有统计学意义(t=5.321,P=0.000)。结论双切口对比单切口白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障效果更好,能有效降低眼内压,提高患者视力水平,安全性更高。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy with different incisions in the treatment of glaucoma with cataract.Methods A total of 94 patients with glaucoma and cataract admitted from June 2018 to October 2019 in the hospital were randomly divided into a test group(n=47)and a reference group(n=47).Single-incision cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,patients in the experimental group underwent double-incision cataract phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,compared the corneal endothelial cell coefficient of variation,intraocular pressure,naked eye vision,and best corrected vision before and after treatment in the two groups.Results After treatment,the coefficient of variation of corneal endothelial cells in the experimental group was(27.69±4.92)lower than the reference group’s(31.75±5.86)(t=3.638,P=0.000),and the intraocular pressure was(12.29±1.30)mmHg lower than the reference group’s(16.94±1.46)mmHg(t=16.307,P=0.000),naked eyesight was(0.71±0.04)higher than(0.59±0.03)of the reference group(t=16.454,P=0.000),best corrected vision was(0.78±0.16),higher than(0.62±0.13)of the reference group(t=5.321,P=0.000),the data have statistically significantly difference.Conclusion Double incision is better than single incision cataract phacoemulsi fication combined with trabeculectomy for the treatment of glaucoma with cataract,which can effectively reduce intraocular pressure,improve patients’visual acuity level,and have higher safety.
