摘要
目的分析糖化血红蛋白与血脂检测对2型糖尿病诊断的意义。方法选择2018年1月—2019年6月期间在该院接受2型糖尿病治疗患者500例为观察组,选择同一时间段内在该院接受体检者500名为对照组,对比两组人员血糖情况、糖化血红蛋白水平以及血脂变化。结果观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白均高于对照组,且观察组患者总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组。而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,两组患者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与血脂变化具有一定关联性,能够对2型糖尿病患者治疗诊断提供依据。
Objective To analyze the significance of glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid detection in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,500 patients who received type 2 diabetes in the hospital were selected as the observation group,and 500 cases who received physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Changes in blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipids were compared between the two groups.Results The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of the observation group were higher than the control group.The HDL cholesterol was lower than the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Glycated hemoglobin and blood lipid changes in patients with type 2 diabetes have a certain correlation,which can provide a basis for the treatment and diagnosis of patients with type 2 diabetes.
