实习护生依恋风格与应对方式的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨实习护生依恋风格与应对方式之间的相关性。方法采用便利抽样的方法,选择2019年7月在天津医科大学肿瘤医院实习的163名护理专业实习生为调查对象,应用一般资料调查表、修订版成人依恋量表及简易应对方式量表进行调查。结果护理专业实习生的成人依恋总均分为(2.82±0.58)分,积极应对均分为(1.94±0.55)分,消极应对均分为(1.41±0.63)分。相关分析显示,依恋的亲近依赖维度与积极应对成正相关(r=0.163),依恋总分及亲近依赖维度均与消极应对成负相关(r=-0.332,-0.348),焦虑维度与消极应对成正相关(r=0.251)。回归分析显示,院校、亲近依赖和焦虑能解释消极应对方式13.7%的变异量。结论临床护理管理和教育者应早期识别实习护生的依恋类型,引导其形成安全型依恋,帮助其采取积极应对方式去处理临床实习过程中遇到的问题。 Objective To investigate the correlation between attachment style and coping style of nursing interns.Methods A total of 163 nursing interns who practiced in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute&Hospital in July 2019 were selected by convenience sampling.Then,they were investigated by using general information questionnaire,revised adult attachment scale and simplified coping style scale.Results The total scores of adult attachment,positive coping and negative coping were(2.82±0.58),(1.94±0.55)and(1.41±0.63),respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the intimacy dimension of attachment was positively correlated with positive coping(r=0.163),both the total attachment score and intimacy dimension were negatively correlated with negative coping(r=-0.332,-0.348),and the anxiety dimension was positively correlated with negative coping(r=0.251).Regression analysis showed that college,intimacy and anxiety could explain 13.7%of the variance in negative coping styles.Conclusion Clinical nursing managers and educators should early identify the attachment types of nursing students,guide them to form secure attachment,and help them adopt positive coping styles to deal with the problems encountered in clinical practice.
