摘要
“建筑信息模型”(Building Information Model,BIM)课程作为工程造价专业的一门专业必修课,通过课程讲授让学生了解和掌握BIM技术在概算、预算、结算和审核等阶段业务一体化的应用以及业务解决方法。许多高校在疫情期间选择线上网络形式开展教学活动,针对“BIM”应用型课程教学特点,网络教学存在互动性不强、学生学习积极性不高、知识理解能力较低等问题。为了取得较好的网络教学效果,文章以淮阴师范学院“BIM”课程网络教学为研究对象,从提高教师教学素养、培养学生学习兴趣、优化互动学习形式及建立“以赛促学”的专业培养模式等方面进行探讨和研究。
“Building Information Modeling”(BIM)course is a professional compulsory course of engineering cost.Through the course teaching,students can understand and master the application of BIM technology in the business integration regarding the stages of budget estimate,budget,settlement and audit.Many colleges and universities carried out network teaching activities during the epidemic period.According to the teaching characteristics of“BIM”application-oriented course,there are some problems in network teaching,such as weak interaction,low learning enthusiasm of students and poor knowledge understanding ability.In order to achieve better network teaching effect,this paper takes the“BIM”course network teaching of Huaiyin Normal University as the research object,and explores how to improve teachers’teaching quality,cultivating students’learning interest,optimizing interactive learning form and establishing the professional training mode of“promoting learning by competition”.
