摘要
文章分析了高职院校高职毕业实习生职业认同的现状与心理资本之间的关系,为提升高职生毕业实习过程中劳动认同感提供建议。研究结果显示,从总体上看高职院校高职毕业实习生职业认同感的状况良好,但在职业认知、职业保障、职业情感维度上得分相对较低;在职业情感因素上,其中事业单位和民营企业工作的大学生在职业认同感上呈现显著性差异,且职业情感得分为:事业单位>民营企业。经过相关分析,高职毕业实习生职业认同感的各个因子和总分均与心理资本的各个因子呈现显著的正相关;心理资本的相关因子中3个自变量(自我效能、韧性和乐观)被选入了回归方程,均起到正性预测作用。
This paper analyzes the relationship between the current situation of career identity and psychological capital among graduate interns from higher vocational colleges.It aims to provide advice on raising their career identity.The results show:(1)graduate interns from higher vocational colleges have a good career identity in general,but have relatively lower scores in career cognition,career guarantee and career emotion.(2)In terms of career emotion,the score of the students working in public institutions is higher than that of those working in private enterprises,which shows prominent difference.(3)Through correlation analysis,there is significantly positive correlation between each element and the total score of graduate interns’career identity from higher vocational colleges and each element of psychological capital.(4)Three independent variables(Self Effect,Tenacity and Optimism)have been selected into regression equation and all of them play a role in positive prediction.
