摘要
随着经济社会的发展,我国建筑市场在多年发展中也逐渐走向规范化,施工单位主要是通过工程投标来承接工程,这已经成为重要的发展途径。在工程投标的过程中所涉及的内容较多,投标报价是关键和核心所在,如果报价太高,容易出现丢失中标的机会,而报价过低最终会增加企业亏本的风险。因此,在实际的工程投标中,要结合实际情况和自身发展现状,探讨科学的投标策略和报价方法,以提升企业的经济效益。为此,论文主要就工程投标报价策略及技巧和方法应用进行了重点探讨。
With the development of economy and society, China’s construction market has gradually become standardized over the years.Construction units mainly undertake projects through project bidding, which has become an important development approach. In the process of project bidding, there are many contents involved. Bidding quotation is the key and core. If the quotation is too high, the chance of winning the bid will easily be lost, and if the quotation is too low, the risk of losing money will eventually increase. Therefore, in the actual project bidding,we should combine the actual situation with our own development situation, and explore scientific bidding strategies and quotation methods to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the application of bidding strategies and methods.
