摘要
以昆楚高速勤丰三车道隧道为工程背景,针对V级围岩段隧道开挖跨度大、形状扁坦及围岩稳定性差的特点,在对比分析了环形开挖预留核心土法、三台阶法、CD法和CRD法四种工法适应性的基础上,确定采用三台阶法施工。隧道三台阶法施工过程中变形及支护受力的三维数值计算结果表明,采用三台阶法施工能够保证隧道施工安全。隧道施工过程中对隧道变形及支护受力的现场监测结果也验证了隧道施工的安全性。
With the three-lane tunnel of the Kunming-Chuxiong Expressway at QinFeng as the engineering background,taking account of the characteristics of large-span tunnels being great in digging width,being located in weak Grade-V surrounding rock and being flat in shape,and upon the basis of comparing and analyzing the adaptability of the four different construction methods of respectively the Core-Earth-Pre-Retaining Method,the Three-Bench Method,the CD Method and the CRD Method,it is decided finally to adopt the Three-Bench Method for the construction of the project.The result of the 3-D numerical simulation for the deformation and the stress of the support in the course of the construction shows that the construction of the project to be carried out by means of the Three-Bench Method can ensure the safe construction of the tunnel.The site-monitored results of the tunnel deformation and the stress of the support during the construction of the tunnel also prove the safety of the tunnel construction.
