负载铁石墨烯/纤维素凝胶的制备及其对Cr(Ⅵ)吸附研究

摘要 以硫酸亚铁与氯化铁混合溶液及花生壳提取纤维素为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了负载铁石墨烯/纤维素凝胶,探究了最佳制备条件,并研究了其对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附规律和吸附机理。结果表明,最佳制备条件为硫酸亚铁与氯化铁混合溶液浓度0.06mol/L,摩尔比1∶2;在pH为2、吸附时间240min时,对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率可达78.9%;该吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,可用Freundlich模型更好地描述,在实验研究温度内为自发进行的吸热过程。 Iron loaded graphene/cellulose gel was prepared by sol-gel process using cellulose from peanut shell and ferric chloride mixed solution.The optimum preparation conditions were determined and the adsorption mechanism and adsorption mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ)were studied.The results show that the optimal preparation conditions were as follows:the concentration of ferrous sulfate and ferric chloride is 0.06 mol/L,the molar ratio is 1∶2;the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)could reach 78.9%with pH of 2 and the adsorption time of 240 min.The adsorption process accorded with two-stage kinetic model,which could be described better by Freundlich model,and it was spontaneous at the experimental temperature.
