摘要
炼油厂催化裂化再生烟气普遍采用湿法脱硫工艺,该工艺会导致烟囱出现白烟,造成不良社会影响,通过分析指出烟气中水蒸气过饱和凝结是导致白烟的主要原因。目前对于白烟的处理技术主要有高温烟气冷却技术和浆液冷却技术,但都存在只能在一定程度减少烟气中湿含量、不能彻底实现消白的问题。针对现有消白单元技术存在的问题,结合FCC生产及脱硫装置特点和现场实际情况,经讨论分析提出两种适用于FCC脱硫装置消白技术方案:烟气降温+浆液冷却+烟空混合升温工艺方案,浆液冷却+热风混合升温工艺方案。两种方案具有以下技术优势:均采用原烟气冷却技术,能有效降低烟气中湿含量,实现较为彻底的烟气消白效果;采用热空气掺混加热湿烟气的方式,无换热器结垢堵塞和外排烟气颗粒物超标风险;脱硫除尘洗涤塔改造工程量小,可确保洗涤塔安全运行。具体实施方案则需根据炼油厂现场实际情况确定。
Wet flue gas desulfurization process is widely adopted in the treatment of FCC regenerated flue gas in refineries,but white mist is discharged from the stack as a result of this process,causing adverse social effect.Analysis shows that the main reason for the white mist is the supersaturated condensation of steam in flue gas.At present,the technologies for treating white mist mainly include high-temperature flue gas cooling technology and slurry cooling technology,but both technologies only reduce the moisture content of flue gas to a certain degree instead of thoroughly eliminating the white mist.To solve the problems in white mist elimination unit,two technological solutions suitable for eliminating white mist in FCC flue gas desulfurization unit are proposed based on the characteristics of FCC production and desulfurization unit and the actual situ-ations on site,i.e.the flue gas cooling-slurry cooling-air and flue gas mixture heating process and the slurry cooling-hot air mixture heating process.Both the two solutions have the following technological advantages.The original flue gas cooling technology is adopted to effectively reduce the moisture content of flue gas,thus achieving a relatively thorough elimination of the white mist.Hot air mixture heating is used to avoid the risk of heat exchanger fouling and blockage and over-standard particulate matter content of flue gas discharged.And the low revamping workload of the desulfurization and dust removal scrubber can ensure the safe opera-tion of the scrubber.The specific implementation plan should be determined according to the actual situations in the refinery.
