摘要 模块盒子是通过装配技术形成的模块化单元空间,是建筑工业化高度发展的结果,其建设模式充分体现了低碳环保理念。这种低碳建造方式在欧美、新加坡、日本等建筑工业发达的地方得到广泛运用,其技术对丰富我国装配建造具有重要参考价值。通过介绍模块空间特别是模块化装配技术在国外高层住宅应用,比较分析不同的设计策略和技术模式,为我国高层建筑装配化发展提供参考和借鉴。 The modular box is formed by the modular unit space through the assembly technology, which is the result of the high development of architectural industrialization, and fully embodies the concept of low-carbon and environmental protection. This kind of low-carbon construction mode has been applied in Europe, America, Singapore, Japan and other countries with developed architectural industries, which has important reference value for enriching China’s architecture assemble mode. This paper introduces the recent cases of modular space, especially the application of modular box in high-rise residence abroad, analyzes and compares their designing strategies and technical modes, and provides case enlightenment for China’s assembly technology.
