摘要
新时代大学生思想政治教育创新个性化培养模式,旨在强化思政教育效果,为学生成长成才提供有效助力。高校思政教育基于新时代背景创新个性化人才培养模式,需要思政教师了解个性化培养的理论基础,把握个性化培养创新的意义,针对现有思政教育问题,实施革新培养观念、创新教育方式、构建信息系统、搭建成长平台、健全评价体系等策略,以期提高思政教育个性化人才培养质量。
Under the background of the new era,the innovation of individualized training mode of college students ideological and political education aims to strengthen the effect of ideological and political education and provide effective support for students to grow up.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is based on the background of the new era to innovate individualized talent training mode.It requires ideological and political teachers to understand the theoretical basis of individualized training,attach importance to individualized training and innovation significance,and implement innovative ideas and innovative education methods in light of existing ideological and political education issues.Strategies such as constructing an information system,building a growth platform,and improving the evaluation system are proposed,so as to improve the individualized talent training quality in the ideological and political education.
