摘要 项目建设过程中本着“三全四有五步走”的育人理念不断修订和完善协同育人项目实施方案,达成一体化育人的初衷。“三全”即全员育人、全面育人和全程育人;“四有”即培养出有朝气、有素质、有实力和有前途的优秀高职毕业生;“五步走”即人才培养的过程分为华丽转身、面朝大海、技艺立身、扬帆远航和游刃有余。 In the process of project construction,the implementation plan of collaborative education project is constantly revised and improved in line with the"three whole education,four haves and five steps"education concept,so as to achieve the original intention of integrated education."Three whole education"means whole staff,whole process,and whole curriculum education;"Four haves"means to cultivate outstanding vocational college graduates with vigor,quality,strength and future;"five steps"means the process of talent training can be divided into five stages.
