蓝莓花色苷对阿霉素诱导心衰大鼠心功能的改善效果 被引量:2

Effect of Blueberry Anthocyanins in the Improvement of Cardiac Function in Adriamycin Induced Heart Failure Rats

摘要 目的探讨蓝莓花色苷对阿霉素诱导的慢性心力衰竭大鼠心功能的影响。方法将雄性SD大鼠28只随机分为对照组(n=8)、心衰组(n=10)和治疗组(n=10)。心衰模型采用尾静脉注射阿霉素诱导构建。治疗组给予蓝莓花色苷(80 mg/kg体质量)灌胃处理,对照组和心衰组给予0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)溶液(4 mL/kg体质量)灌胃处理。各组灌胃每日1次,持续2周后,行左心导管检测HR、LVSP、LVEDP、Max dP/dt及Min dP/dt指标的情况。结果心衰组和治疗组大鼠的HR和LVEDP与对照组相比无明显改变(P>0.05),而LVSP、Max dP/dt及Min dP/dt较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。与心衰组进行比较,治疗组的Max dP/dt和Min dP/dt值明显高于心衰组(P<0.05);而HR、LVSP、LVEDP值与心衰组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿霉素诱导心衰后,大鼠左室功能显著减低,经蓝莓花色苷治疗后,阿霉素诱导的心衰大鼠的心功能能得到明显改善。 Objective To study the blueberry anthocyanin effect on the function of chronic heart failure induced by Adriamycin in rats.Methods 28 male SD rats randomly divided into three groups,comparable group(n=8),heart failure group(n=10)and therapy group(n=10).Conduct by inject anthocyanin rear veins therapy group was fed blueberry anthocyanin(80 mg/kg by weight)by gavage administration.Comparable group and heart failure group fed 0.5%(CMC)solution(4 mL/kg by weight)by gavage administration.Each group fed once everyday,last two weeks.Measure HR/LVSP/Max dP/dt and Min dP/dt index condition with left heart catheterization.Results Heart failure group and therapy group’s HR and LVEDP have no obvious change compare to comparable group(P>0.05),LVSP Max dP/dt and Min dP/dt have significant decrease(P<0.05).The therapy group’s Max dP/dt and Min dP/dt significant higher than heart failure group,HR LVSP LVEDP have no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions After chronic heart failure induced by Adriamycin,rats left function obvious,therapy by the blueberry anthocyanin,chronic heart failure induced by Adriamycin.
