基于产教融合的职业院校“双师型”教师专业化发展研究

摘要 随着产教融合的逐步深入,我国职业院校对“双师型”教师的需求进一步增强。“双师型”教师的专业化水平在一定程度上影响着职业院校人才培养的质量。当前我国职业院校“双师型”教师的专业化发展还存在边界模糊、结构不完善、体系不健全等问题。可以通过树立产教融合办学理念、构建校企命运共同体、建立教师自由流转机制、共建双师工作室、完善保障体系等手段,促进职业院校“双师型”教师的专业化发展。 With the gradual deepening of the integration of industry and education,the demand for"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges has been greater than ever.To a certain extent,the specialization level of"double-qualified"teachers affects the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.At present,there are problems such as blurred boundaries,imperfect structure,and imperfect system in the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers.It is possible to promote the professional development of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges by establishing the concept of industry-education integration,constructing a community of shared destiny between schools and enterprises,building a free transfer mechanism for teachers,co-constructing dual-teacher studios,and improving the guarantee system.
