摘要
针对传统线光源所存在的光学效率偏低、设计复杂以及成本相对较高等问题,结合LED光源在体积、效率、稳定性以及使用寿命方面的优势,设计了一套可应用于机器视觉系统的LED线光源。该线光源主要由LED恒流驱动模块和聚光单元模块两部分组成,利用聚光透镜等少量光学元件将多颗LED灯珠的发散光汇聚成所需的线型光场,具有结构简单、亮度可控和性价比高等特点。样机测试结果表明,所设计的线光源亮度高且照度均匀,而且照度均匀度达85%以上,满足机器视觉系统的实际需求。
The traditional linear light source has some problems,such as low optical efficiency,complex design and relatively high cost.A set of LED linear light source for machine vision systems was designed,combined with the advantages of LED light source in volume,efficiency,stability and service life.The proposed linear light source is mainly composed of an LED constant current driving module and a condenser unit module.And a plurality of optical components such as a condenser lens are used to converge the diverging lights of the plurality of LED lamp beads into a desired linear light field,which has the characteristics of simple structure,controllable brightness and low cost.The test results of the prototype show that the designed LED linear light source has high brightness and uniform illumination,and the illumination uniformity is more than 85%,meeting the actual needs of the machine vision system.
