摘要
目的:探讨“双轨合一”模式下,创新课程改革对口腔医学专业学位硕士的应用效果。方法:选取依据“双轨合一”模式进行培养的2015级至2017级口腔医学专业硕士,培养过程中从完善课程框架、改革教学方法和丰富考核评价体系多方面创新专硕的课程改革。就学位课程设置、专业理论知识、实践技能培训、临床思维能力及医患沟通能力培养、参与科研情况、考核系统评价、临床带教教师及基地培养满意度进行问卷调查,以了解课程改革实施效果。结果:在学位课程框架、专业理论授课、实践技能培训、临床思维能力、科研能力培养、教师和基地培养满意度方面大部分专硕学生满意度的平均分值较高,且高分值(>4分)占比较大。但医患沟通能力培养和培养过程中考核系统评价学生的满意度不高。大部分学生认为创新课程改革,对于提升“双轨合一”模式下口腔医学专业硕士的临床综合能力具有促进作用。结论:创新课程改革,有利于提升“双轨合一”模式下口腔医学专业硕士培养质量。
Objective:To discusses the effect of innovative curriculum reform on the application of the master’s degree in stomatology under the mode of"dual track integration.Methods:The professional masters of stomatology educated by the"dual track integration"model from 2015 to 2017 were selected,and the curriculum reform of professional masters was innovated from improving the curriculum framework,reforming the teaching methods and enriching the assessment system.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the degree curriculum,professional theoretical knowledge,practical skill training,clinical thinking ability and doctor-patient communication ability training,participation in scientific research,assessment system evaluation,clinical teachers and training base satisfaction,to understand the implementation effect of the curriculum reform.Results:In terms of degree course framework,professional theory teaching,practical skill training,clinical thinking ability,scientific research ability training,and teacher and base training satisfaction,the average score of satisfaction of most professional master students was high,and the proportion of high scores(>4)was relatively large.However,the degree of satisfaction of students evaluated by the assessment system in the cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability was not high.Most students believed that the innovative curriculum reform could promote the clinical comprehensive ability of the masters of stomatology under the mode of"dual track integration".Conclusion:The innovation of curriculum reform is beneficial to the training quality of the masters of stomatology under the mode of"dual track integration".
