摘要
目的探究腰椎间盘射频消融联合臭氧消融治疗椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的40例椎管狭窄症患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序分组原则将其分为观察组和对照组,各20例。观察组接受腰椎间盘射频消融联合臭氧消融治疗,对照组接受臭氧消融治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后7、30、90 d,两组的VAS、ODI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗不同时间的椎间隙高度R值均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的椎体间隙和椎体高度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的精神健康、躯体疼痛、社会功能及生理功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘射频消融联合臭氧消融治疗椎管狭窄症的临床效果显著,能够减轻患者疼痛感,值得研究和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation of lumbar intervertebral disc in the treatment of spinal stenosis.Methods A total of 40 patients with spinal stenosis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of admission sequence grouping,with 20 cases in each group.The observation group received radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation of lumbar intervertebral disc,while the control group received ozone ablation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 7,30,and 90 d after treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the R value of intervertebral space height between the two groups at different treatment time(P>0.05).After treatment,the vertebral body space and height of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the mental health,physical pain,social ability and physidogical function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation combined with ozone ablation of lumbar intervertebral disc in the treatment of spinal stenosis has significant clinical effect,it can reduce the pain of patients,which is worthy of research and promotion.
