摘要
目的探讨益生菌联合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法将66例新生儿黄疸患儿随机分为对照组(33例,蓝光照射治疗)与观察组(33例,益生菌联合蓝光照射治疗)。比较两组的疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CK-MB、AST水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、3、5 d后,两组的TBIL、ET-1水平降低,ALB水平升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益生菌联合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著,可有效改善肝功能,稳定血清ALB水平,降低TBIL水平,减少不良反应。
Objective To explore the effect of probiotics combined with blue light in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 66 children with neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into control group(33 cases,blue light irradiation treatment)and observation group(33 cases,probiotics combined with blue light irradiation treatment).The efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CK-MB and AST in both groups reduced,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 1,3 and 5 d of treatment,the levels of TBIL and ET-1 in the two groups decreased,and the level of ALB increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics combined with blue light in the treatment of neonatal jaundice has significant effect,it can effectively improve liver function,stabilize serum ALB level,reduce TBIL level and adverse reactions.
