摘要
目的观察固本止崩汤联合针灸治疗脾虚型崩漏的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2019年5月我院收治的脾虚型崩漏患者116例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(58例,采用固本止崩汤治疗)和观察组(58例,采用固本止崩汤联合针灸治疗)。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分及性激素水平。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项主症、次症积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FSH、LH、E2水平均降低,P水平均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固本止崩汤联合针灸治疗脾虚型崩漏效果显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状,调节激素水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Guben Zhibeng decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on metrorrhagia of spleen deficiency type.Methods A total of 116 patients with metrorrhagia of spleen deficiency type admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to may 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(58 cases,treated with Guben Zhibeng decoction)and observation group(58 cases,treated with Guben Zhibeng decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and sex hormone levels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and E2 in the two groups decreased,and the level of P increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Zhibeng decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of metrorrhagia of spleen deficiency type has a significant effect,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and regulate the hormone level,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
