基于GO法的消防车多模式悬架系统可靠性研究

摘要 采用GO法对某型消防车悬架系统的3种模式进行研究,依据系统液压原理图建立3种模式悬架系统GO图,将系统的各功能部件用功能操作符表示,进而确定各操作符的状态概率,通过定量GO运算和定性GO分析得到悬架系统的可靠度,并对系统可靠度进行分析。通过实例进行计算分析,验证了GO法在悬架系统可靠性研究中的可行性和便捷性,为消防车悬架系统优化设计与维修提供了理论基础。 The GO method is used to study the three modes of a certain type of fire truck suspension system.Based on the system hydraulic schematic diagram,three modes of suspension system GO diagrams are established,and the functional components of the system are represented by functional operators,and then each operator's state probability is determined.The reliability of the suspension system is obtained through quantitative GO calculation and qualitative GO analysis,and the system reliability is analyzed.The calculation and analysis based on an example verify the feasibility and convenience of the GO method in the research of the suspension system reliability,and provides a theoretical basis for the optimal design and maintenance of the fire truck suspension system.
