挤压造粒机组主减速箱故障分析及国产化改造 被引量:1

摘要 聚烯烃生产中主减齿轮箱是挤压造粒机组重要组成部分。针对日本神户制钢所(KSL)的LCM450H机型出现振动大、噪声异常故障,通过振动测试、拆箱检查分析,内外齿套与高速齿轮啮合端出现点蚀及胶合,胶合撕裂纹明显,胶合现象比较严重。制定国产化改造方案,从理论方面分析其可行性,国产化改造后LCM450H型挤压造粒机主减速箱上线运行状况良好,各种指标均满足要求。 At present,the extruding granulator for polyolefin production mainly depends on imports,The main reducer is the core component of the extruding granulator.In this paper,the LCM450H model of kobe steel(KSL)in Japan has large vibration and abnormal noise faults,vibration test and unpacking inspection analysis proves that pitting and gluing occur between the inner and outer gear sleeve and the meshing end of the high speed gear,gear gluing phenomenon is more serious.A domestic transformation plan is developed to solve this problem.Theoretical analysis of its feasibility is carried out.After the domestic transformation,the main reduction box of LCM450H extruding granulator is running well online,all indicators meet the requirements.
