摘要
伴随人类平均预期寿命的提升和生育率的下降,老龄化问题已然成为全球共同面临的命题。老年学习团队带领人在老年人学习参与中具有典型意义和代表特质,由此作为主要研究对象,以社会认知理论、积极老龄化理论为互涉的视角,采用质性的叙事探究法,发现带领人学习参与行为包括"(自)学""教(他)""管(团)"三种形式,根据社会认知理论的个体——行为——环境互动模式形成带领人个体身心健康与其丰富的学习参与行为的互动,并与团队情境、家庭支持、社区供给、政策保障等构成互动,从而构建了老年学习团队带领人的外环模式,即"显性"参与形式。学习参与之积极老龄化的"隐性"形式即老年人的社会认同、带领人的社区/机构认同、自我的(角色)认同,而带领人角色社会化形成PSPCLM角色集合,挖掘积极老龄化的实质在于老年人生智慧的生成,即隐性"参与"形式,从而内外双环并行,形成理论互涉的研究框架和结论。
The aging problem has become a topic in the whole world with the increase of the average life expectancy and the decline of the fertility rate.The elderly learning team leader has typical and representative character as the main object.This paper finds that the elderly learning team leaders’learning participation including learning(themselves)、teaching(members)、managing(team)with the qualitative narrative inquiry method in the perspective of theoretical interaction of Social Cognitive Theory(SCT)and Active Aging(AA).According to the Social Cognitive Theory of the individual-behavior-environment interaction pattern,the leader forms individual physical and mental health and its rich learning involved in the interaction behavior,and with the team situation,family support,community supply policy guarantee,etc.So it builds the elderly learning team leaders’outer ring model,namely the"dominant"participation.The"hidden"model of active aging is the leaders’social identity、community(role)/organization identity,self-identity,forming the role socialization about PSPCLM character collection.The paper finds that the essence of Active Aging is the generation of life wisdom the elders,edwhich is the hidden form of"participation".
