摘要
在换流站金属转换开关(MRTB)转换操作的过程中,并联的避雷器组在开关动作后需要快速吸收大量能量。但是多柱并联结构的避雷器普遍存在氧化锌电阻片能量吸收不均的问题,在长期运行多次动作后以及环境因素影响下,避雷器组局部伏安特性降低会使较小阻抗的单柱氧化锌承受更大能量,吸收能量超出其热容量时会发生热崩溃导致击穿故障。近几年多次发生由于避雷器组损坏而导致金属转换开关转换失败的事故。为了解决避雷器故障的问题,本文以±660 kV宁东换流站为例,通过理论计算以及仿真分析提出金属转换开关避雷器参数要求,并对避雷器组整体结构重新进行设计,最终提出该站金属转换开关避雷器组设计方案。所设计避雷器组采用熔断型保护措施,使用电阻片3040片,额定转换电流下吸收能量10.64 MJ。
In the process of the operation of metallic return transfer breaker(MRTB)in DC converter station,the parallel arresters need to absorb a large amount of energy quickly after switching.However,there is a common problem that the energy absorbed by each Zn O resistor is not uniform.After repeated operation for a long time and under the influence of environmental factors.The zinc oxide varistor with lower impedance absorb more energy even cause thermal breakdown when exceeds its thermal capacity due to reduction of volt-ampere characteristics.In recent years,there are many operation failures of MRTB due to the fault of arresters.In order to solve this problem,the design of arresters is adopted for MRTB in±660 kV Ningdong converter station.The parameter requirements are put forward in this paper through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,and a structure of such arresters with fuse protection measures is provided by using 3040 resistors and absorbs 10.64 MJ of energy under rated conversion current.
