摘要
现代学徒制是由企业和学校共同推进的一项育人模式,其教育对象为由学校和企业共同招生产生的学徒。对于学生(徒)而言,一部分时间在企业进行实习或工作,一部分时间在学校进行学习。作为一种新型模式,如何权衡学生(徒)的企业实习工作和学校学习时间、并且保证学生的实习质量和学习效果,是我校现代学徒制试点项目遇到的一个核心问题。该问题涉及到学徒制试点项目后期能否顺利完成“双主体育人、工学一体”的培养效果。
Modern apprenticeship is an educational mode jointly promoted by enterprises and schools.Its educational objects are apprentices who are jointly recruited by schools and enterprises.For students(apprentices),part of the time in the enterprise internship or work,part of the time in school learning.As a new model,how to balance the enterprise practice work and school learning time of students(apprentices),and ensure the quality of students'practice and learning effect is a core problem encountered in the pilot project of modern apprenticeship in our university.This problem is related to whether the apprenticeship pilot project can successfully complete the training effect of"double main sports person,work study integration".
