摘要
党的十九大报告明确提出“深化国有企业改革,发展混合所有制经济,培育具有全球竞争力的世界一流企业”。中国石化党组深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神,作出“两个三年、两个十年”战略部署。中石化西北油田治安消防中心在局党委的领导下,紧紧围绕打造国内一流应急救援队伍目标,以凝心聚力作为实现可持续发展的内在动力,整合内外部资源,助推组织战略目标的实现。
It has been clearly stated in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,“the state-owned enterprises should deepen their reforms,develop the mixed ownership economy,and cultivate to be the worldclass enterprises with global competitiveness.”SINOPEC Party group have deeply studied and implemented Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress,and made a strategic deployment of“two three-years and two decades”.Under the leadership of the Party Committee of Northwest Oil Field,the Public Security and Fire Fighting Center firmly focuses on the goal of creating a first-class emergency rescue team in China,using cohesiveness as the internal driving force to achieve sustainable development,integrating internal and external resources,and accelarating the realization of organizational strategic goals.
