摘要
针对某侧围内板修边冲孔模具中异型孔的切换需求,在工序排布中考虑到异型孔位于模具空间受限的部位,设计了一种冲孔切换机构,首先在功能性方面对切换机构的组成进行了方案设计;其次介绍了冲孔-不冲孔两种状态的空间位置关系和运动原理。为了满足模具的结构强度和稳定性,对切换机构进行了不同工作状态的受力分析,最后给出了切换滑车水平X和竖直Z向运动关键点的行程关系,有效的避免了切换机构的运动干涉风险,满足了机构的功能性和安全性需要,具有一定的推广和应用价值。
Based on the shaped hole switch requirements for the side panel trimming piereing die,and considering the straight hole is located in the die in process configuration space limited,a piercing switch device is designed,first in terms of functional composition of switch device scheme is considered,secondly introduced the piercing-not piercing space position and movement principle of two states,in order to meet the structural strength and stability of the die,the stress for switch device under the different working state is analyzed,finally the switch block horizontal X and vertical Z motion key stroke relations are carried out,effectively avoid the risk of switching motion interference,it satisfies the functional and safety requirements of the mechanism and has significant promotion and application value.
