摘要
目的探究白带常规检验中阴道涂片检查快速染色的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年3月在本所妇科和妇产科门诊就诊的患者2000例,对其临床资料和白带标本进行收集,对2000例患者的白带标本均进行白带常规检验和阴道涂片检查快速染色,比较两种方法的病原体检出率。结果阴道涂片检查快速染色方法的霉菌、滴虫阳性检出率明显高于传统常规方法(P<0.05)。阴道涂片检查快速染色法与革兰氏染色法镜下检出加特纳杆菌、纤毛菌、淋球菌的阳性率比较差异无统计学意义。结论阴道涂片检查快速染色法具有较高的病原体检出率,而且检查费用低、时间短、检测项目多,可以将其作为白带常规检验的首选方法,适用于检查各类阴道疾病,对于早期诊断和治疗阴道炎具有重要意义。
Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid staining of vaginal smear in routine examination of leucorrhea.Methods From February 2017 to March 2019,2000 patients in gynecology and obstetrics clinic of our center were selected.Their clinical data and leucorrhea specimens were collected.Fast staining of vaginal smears and routine examination of leucorrhea by traditional methods were selected,and the results were observed and compared.Results In the positive detection rate of fungi and trichomonas,the rapid staining method of vaginal smear examination was significantly higher than that of conventional method(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Gartnerella,ciliated bacteria and gonococcus detected by microscopy between rapid staining and Gram staining for vaginal smears.Conclusion The rapid staining method for vaginal smear examination has high pathogen detection rate,low cost,short time and many items.It can be used as the preferred method for routine examination of leucorrhea.It is suitable for examining various vaginal diseases and is very important for early diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis.
