摘要
基于秦皇岛港现状,根据邮轮码头选址的合理性、战略性、系统性、合法性原则,初步确定了秦皇岛邮轮码头选址方案。运用模糊评价方法,对方案进行比选,确定了秦皇岛邮轮码头选址最佳方案,并根据评价结果提出秦皇岛邮轮码头建设的发展建议。
Given that the current situation of Qinhuangdao port and the principles of rationality,strategy,systematicity and legality,this paper preliminarily determines the site selection scheme of Qinhuangdao cruise terminal.Based on the fuzzy evaluation method,the optimal scheme for the site selection of Qinhuangdao cruise terminal was determined,and suggestions for the construction of Qinhuangdao cruise terminal were put forward according to the evaluation results.
